Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase:

  • Items priced under $75,000 are eligible for either a refund or an exchange within 30 days.
  • Items priced at $75,000 or more can be exchanged only within this timeframe. Refunds are not available for purchases above this amount.
  • Returned items must be in perfect, saleable condition, accompanied by the original packaging (including gift boxes, pouches, or display pieces, if applicable).

Special Considerations:

  • Watches must be returned with the original number of links and accompanied by the warranty card.
  • Fragrances need to be returned in their original packaging, including any seal or safety stickers, and must be in resalable condition.
  • Items that have been customized, personalized, engraved, or altered are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges are limited to the country of original purchase.
  • Limited edition and collaboration items may be non-returnable—specific exclusions will apply.

How to Return or Exchange

We offer complimentary shipping for eligible items:

  • Use our return process to print a prepaid label and drop off your package at your local courier location. In select regions, at-home pickup may be arranged.
  • Alternatively, you may exchange your item in person at one of our partnered locations—simply bring your original payment and sales receipt.

Refund Details

  • For online or phone purchases, refunds will be issued via credit to the original payment method.
  • For in-store purchases, refunds are made to the form of payment used:
    • Cash or check returns will be refunded accordingly or using a company-issued check.
    • Credit or debit card refunds will be credited back to the cardholder’s account, subject to the card issuer’s policies.
  • If you paid by check, refunds will be completed via mail after the funds have cleared.
  • Gift recipients may receive an exchange or non-refundable store credit, redeemable only at LoveJewelryStories.com or other designated points.

Note: If the item was not properly declared for customs or the required duties are unpaid in your region, LoveJewelryStories.com may be unable to provide after-sales service for that item.

Exchanges

Yes! Exchanges follow the same policy as returns and are eligible for prepaid shipping just like returns.
